With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning finance, corporate social investment, board governance, and institutional development, I bring a systems-level perspective to public sector transformation. My career began in finance, providing business intelligence within global and technology-driven organisations, before transitioning into executive leadership roles focused on large-scale social investment and impact delivery.

My doctoral research at University College London’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, supervised by Professor Mariana Mazzucato, examined dynamic capabilities in the public sector, offering practical insights into how emerging economies can move from transactional reform to mission-oriented transformation.

Today, I advise governments, boards, development institutions, and corporate leaders seeking to design mission-oriented innovation policy, strengthen public sector systems, and deliver inclusive, sustainable societal outcomes.
