Dr Ugboma holds a PhD in Innovation and Public Policy from UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose. Her work focuses on public sector dynamic capabilities, mission-oriented innovation policy, institutional capability, governance and sustainable development in Africa.

She is a former Chief Executive of MTN Nigeria Foundation, Executive Director of Nondunna Limited and a board director with experience across corporate social investment, stakeholder ecosystems, audit and risk, strategic oversight and social impact.
